Which is better Edge LED or Direct LED?
In edge LEDs, the LED are located in the perimeter of the TV and they use light guides to light the back of the LCDs. In direct LED TV, the LEDs are behind the LCD panel, thus dual modulation works far more efficiently and the TVs can have better overall brightness and contrast.
