External Quality (Functional)
External quality is the usefulness of the system as perceived from outside.
It provides customer value and meets the product owner’s specifications.
This quality can be measured through feature tests, QA and customer feedback.
What is external system?
External systems are those systems not being developed as part of the program, but they need to exchange data with the software product being developed.
What is external force?
External forces are forces caused by external agent outside of the system. Internal forces are forces exchanged by the objects in the system. To determine what part should be considered external and internal, mechanical system should be clearly defined.
What is internal and external device?
Internal is a term used to describe a device that is installed in the computer. For example, a video card is an internal device and a printer is an external device.
What is internal software?
